Each of the four apartments sleeps 4, with 2 bedrooms: one double bed and two single beds. They are identical in that respect; what sets them apart is the terrace and the outlook.
The sandy Faubourg beach, also called Port d'Avall, and shops are about 300 m away on foot, a few minutes down a quiet lane. The apartments do not open onto the beach: they sit above the village, in a quiet spot away from seafront noise, about ten minutes' walk from the village centre. Returning from the beach, there is a short uphill stretch of about 50 m.
Yes, a rare thing in Collioure in summer: each apartment has its own private parking space in front of the residence, included in the rental. Nothing to book or pay extra, and no hunting for a spot. The space is narrow: it suits a medium-sized car. For a large vehicle, please check with Camille before booking.

No, and we would rather say so plainly: there is no sea view. The terraces face south-west and look out over the vineyards, the hills and Fort Saint-Elme. It is an open view of the Catalan countryside and the sunsets, not of the Mediterranean.
No. Cézanne and Derain are reached by 17 steps, Monet and Dufy by 34. Worth knowing if you travel with heavy luggage or a pushchair.
No: end-of-stay cleaning is a flat 60 € fee, the same for all four apartments. It is added to the nightly rate along with the tourist tax. The total shown when you book already includes everything.
No. You book directly with the owners, with no agency commission and no booking fee. Payment is secured by card.

The 300 € security deposit is simply a card pre-authorisation. No money is taken unless damage is found. The hold is released after your departure, within 7 days at the latest.
Dates for 2027 are already open for reservations. The price shown for your dates is the total for your stay, including cleaning and tourist tax. For July-August and the Christmas holidays, book several months in advance.
