The contact form

What we receive

Your first name, surname, email address and message, and, if provided: telephone number, preferred apartment and number of guests.

Purpose

Only to respond to your enquiry. This form is not used to send marketing messages.

Legal basis

Your enquiry: answering a question about a prospective booking is a pre-contractual measure.

Retention period

Three years from the last exchange, then deletion.

Booking

When you book, the information you enter is processed by SuperHote (booking engine) and Stripe (payment). This information is necessary to provide your stay and secure the payment. We do not store your card number or security code.

Advertising measurement

We use Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our advertisements. No tracker is placed before you choose: the banner shown on your first visit makes declining as easy as accepting. If you decline, your visit remains anonymous.

Website audience measurement

To understand which pages are viewed and where visitors come from, this website counts its own visits. No cookie, no IP address and no permanent identifier: a random number, deleted when the tab closes, links only the pages within one visit. This information stays on our server, is not shared and is used only for aggregate statistics.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of processing, or object to processing by emailing [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
