Rental terms
1. The rental provider
The Cézanne, Derain, Monet and Dufy apartments are classified as « Meublé de tourisme 3★ » (official French rating for furnished holiday accommodation). They are rented out by Janine Kubiaczyk, sole trader, trading name « Love Collioure », SIREN 978 443 299, 20 carrer de Sant Elme, 66190 Collioure, France.

2. Booking
You book online at lovecollioure.fr. The minimum stay is 2 nights. During the Christmas holidays, stays run from Saturday to Saturday (minimum 7 nights). Your booking is binding upon payment.
3. Price
The price shown before payment is the total price: the nights, end-of-stay cleaning (60 €) and the tourist tax (2.29 € per adult per night; guests under 18 are exempt). You pay no commission or booking fees.
4. Payment
You pay for your entire stay when booking, by bank card. Payment is secure and processed by Stripe; Love Collioure never has access to your full card details.
5. Cancellation
- If you cancel no later than 7 days before your arrival date, your stay is refunded in full.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, or do not arrive on the arrival date, your stay is not refunded.
To cancel, write to Camille (article 1).
6. Right of withdrawal
Renting accommodation for specific dates does not give you a 14-day right of withdrawal (article L221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code). The cancellation terms in article 5 apply.
7. Security deposit
A security deposit of 300 € is required through a card pre-authorisation only. No amount is ever charged unless damage has been established. The pre-authorisation is released after your departure, within 7 days at the latest.
8. Arrival and departure
Self check-in is available from 17 h. You must check out before 10 h. Other times are possible on request, subject to availability.
9. During your stay
Each apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The apartments are non-smoking. Pets are accepted with prior agreement, at no extra charge.
Bed linen and towels, wifi, air conditioning and an equipped kitchen are provided. Each apartment has its own private parking space; the laundry room (2 washing machines, 1 tumble dryer) is shared by the 4 apartments.
Access is via a staircase: 17 steps for Cézanne and Derain, 34 for Monet and Dufy. From the harbour, a gentle uphill walk of about 50 m leads to the property.
10. Complaints and mediation
If you have a problem, first write to Camille (article 1): we will work with you to find a solution.
If your written complaint remains unresolved, you can use the consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C – Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, www.cm2c.net. Your request must reach the mediator within one year of your written complaint.

Your data is used only to manage your booking and your stay. See the privacy policy.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law.
